The hot dip galvanizing plant has a tub with a length of 9 meters, in which it is possible to galvanize parts up to 12.5 meters long and up to 1,500 tons per month. Before being immersed in zinc, parts undergo degreasing, pickling and fluxing processes, which eliminate waste oil, dirt and oxidation and facilitate the zinc/iron reaction. Galvanizing parts gives them durability and corrosion protection, with lower maintenance costs.
